Return Policy

To qualify for our warranty, you must have an order number from our website. Our guarantee applies only to orders purchased through our website. If you purchased through another site or platform, we cannot accept or facilitate returns. Contact directly the business where you made the purchase.

14 DAY RETURN PERIOD

We will be happy to help you with your return.

Please inspect your item when you receive it, as we will NOT accept returns after it has been washed, worn, or after the 14-hour window from the purchase confirmation email.

Contact us in the "CONTACT US" section and with the title RETURN to process your return or exchange. It usually takes 5-10 business days to process refunds once we receive the item at our facilities and have ensured that it meets the return criteria, the exchange or return will be made. The refund will be made through the same payment method you used for your purchase.

If you purchased the wrong size, don't worry, we are happy to make an exchange. Please contact us with the title WRONG SIZE to process the return or exchange. You will have to make a collection payment of $155, but it may vary if it is a large area.

Return criteria:

  • In original condition (unwashed/unused)
  • With original packaging
  • Purchased in the last 14 days

Return options:

  • Exchange for another item
  • Store credit (will not include original shipping costs)
  • Original payment method, less a $155 pesos handling fee (will not include original shipping charges)
  • International orders, sale items, and in-person sales are not eligible for returns.

HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS:

Returns must include ALL components, including retail packaging boxes and bands.

  • Include the reason for return message in a Note along with the ORDER NUMBER inside the box.
  • Please ensure your items are returned in a box or shipping bag that properly fits the items. If your return is shipped in a box that is too small or thin and the items are damaged, no refund will be issued.

Refunds do not include shipping costs or international customs fees incurred when placing the order. Baby Baybo does not currently offer prepaid shipping labels for returns. Returns are NOT accepted for items damaged by the customer.
